Barry Kadejo

Barry Kadejo is a member of AMDAF with a strong background as a qualified IT Engineer and Computer Network Analyst. His hands-on expertise spans a wide range of server technologies, network infrastructure, operating systems, and programming languages. Barry’s enthusiasm, ambition, and self-motivation contribute to the technological and operational efficiency of AMDAF, supporting its goals with his technical skills.

Ibraheem Muheeb, PhD

Ibraheem Muheed Ph.D

Ibraheem brings a wealth of experience to AMDAF as a parliamentary Scholar with backgrounds in farming, project planning, and logistics. His ongoing work in mental healthcare, disability services, and general nursing complements his extensive academic and research experience. With over a decade of civil service in research, administration, and management, Ibraheem’s expertise supports AMDAF’s mission and ensures effective project implementation and management.

Alessandra La Gioia

Alessandra La Giola

Alessandra background is in biomedical engineering and a Master’s in Gender, Globalisation, and Rights from the University of Galway, Alessandra is passionate about supporting young people through their integration journey. Her work as an Integration Youth Worker focuses on fostering positive change and enhancing the integration process for youth.

Imelda Seymour

Imelda Seymour

Imelda Seymour is a General Practitioner, community worker, and mother of four. With a special interest in social wellbeing, health, and women’s issues, Imelda’s contributions to AMDAF are grounded in her dedication to improving community health and supporting women’s needs. Imelda is passionate about promoting girl child’s education through sciences with a focus on digital technology. Her experience and compassion play a crucial role in advancing AMDAF’s mission.

Akonah Ngomti

Akonah is a banker with a strong background in finance and a commitment to community development. Her expertise in banking and financial management supports AMDAF’s operations, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability. Akonah’s role is integral to the organisation’s success and its mission to support migrant women and their families.

Tahereh Fardin Tabrizi

Tahereh Fardin Tabrizi

Tahereh Fardin Tabrizi, LLM in International Law with a focus on Human Rights, has served as a legal advisor and compliance officer, including with the UN Refugee Council and aiding Afghan refugees.

In Ireland, she earned certifications in Immigration Law, advocating for asylum seekers and refugees. She has worked with Doras, Galway City Partnership, and is now a Migrant Integration Support Worker with PAUL Partnership Limerick.

Tahereh is dedicated to issues such as domestic violence and FGM. She volunteers as a translator and is committed to gender equality and women’s empowerment, continually training on DSGBV in Ireland.

Tahereh’s expertise and commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment strengthen AMDAF’s mission to support and integrate marginalized communities.
